How can i match a value in my query with a parameter that has range e.g:
i want to check where order_date between {?Datapara}
where date parameter is a single field that has range.I have CR XI, can not swear this is supported in earlier releases.
Go to the sample reports and open the Record selection on date range.
look at the select statement and check out the report custom formulas.
You may be able to do this same thing in earlier versions, but I do not know that for certain. Only have CR XI

checkbox and listbox for report parameters
How can I use checkbox and listbox (with multiple selection) for report
paramters? Do I need to go into the coding to do this, or I can do this from
the designing tool? Currently I can only use either a textbox (for single
value) or a pulldown box (for list of pre-defined values). I want to have a
listbox where the user can select multiple values and a checkbox to indicate
a Yes/No filter. Thanks.There have been lots of posts about this topic. Check the archives, which
you can find here...
